Founded in 2016, Stream Biomedical is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing LG3, a first-in-class protein designed to activate the brain’s natural repair mechanisms. The company is focused on restoring neurological function after injury or disease, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and Alzheimer’s disease—conditions with few options that address underlying brain damage.
LG3 is being developed as a regenerative biologic therapy that supports the brain’s intrinsic ability to heal by targeting multiple aspects of injury, including vascular dysfunction and inflammation.

SpineHope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing advanced spinal treatments directly to underprivileged children around the world. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art treatment to children who otherwise may not receive modern treatments for their complex spinal problems. In order to provide sustainable local care to these children, we are equally dedicated to teaching local physicians and staff to provide these treatments themselves. Working together with local physicians, we can correct spinal deformities, remove pain, and often prevent paralysis and extend life. We offer a domestic program that will bring select children to the United States for care in support of new sites and where there is currently not an outreach site.

Thinks Works is building a better way to treat adolescent idiopathic scoliosis that fits real life, not just the clinic.
Traditional braces can be rigid, bulky, and difficult to wear. At Thinks Works, we have reimagined scoliosis treatment with a system that is low profile by design and unparalleled in flexibility, allowing patients to move comfortably through daily routines without sacrificing treatment quality.
Surgeon founded and patient focused, our team combines clinical insight, thoughtful engineering and patient experiences to create solutions that are easier to fit, easier to adjust, and designed to support both patients and providers. Daily treatment data delivers meaningful feedback and helps patients take an active role in their care.
We are also thinking beyond today. Our system is designed with the potential to be refurbished and redistributed to underserved communities worldwide, helping expand access to better treatment.
Our mission is to improve how scoliosis is treated and elevate quality of life and long-term outcomes for patients everywhere.
