Empowering renewables through thermal energy storage.
MGA Thermal’s mission is to revolutionise the world’s renewable energy systems by developing novel materials, designing innovative technologies and delivering thermal energy storage solutions.
Our core technology is a newly invented type of thermal storage material, Miscibility Gap Alloys (MGA). These alloys can store a huge amount of energy as heat, in a safe and easy to use way.
In our storage solutions, modular blocks of MGA are stacked into insulated storage tanks, which can store energy for use in a range of applications – improving the electrical grid’s stability, residential and commercial space heating, industrial process/waste heat, and even electric vehicles. Our first focus though, is enabling intermittent renewable energy sources such as the sun and wind, to provide base load electricity to the grid.
Modular blocks of MGA are able to be stacked and scaled into thermal energy storage systems - storing hundreds to millions of kilowatt hours of energy.

Health systems globally are facing similar pressures, including rising costs driven by increasing incidence of chronic diseases, an aging population, inequitable access to services, and gaps in workforce and infrastructure. In addition, changing customer expectations are driving a need for more personalised, digital, seamless and integrated care experiences.
Solving these challenges is what we believe in. It’s what gets us out of bed each morning. It pushes us to constantly reimagine how we can care for each other better. Care for you and your family. For all the things you need help with. For all the ways you want to help others. Across the entire world. In real time. At the incredible speed of now.

Founded in 2017 by Chris Thompson and Dan Adams, Amber gives customers dynamic power prices that change depending on the real wholesale value of energy. Customers can pay less by charging your battery when energy is greener and cheaper as well as earn more by exporting when prices increase.
Combined with Ambers smart tech, solar and battery owners have the power to supercharge their savings, take control of their battery and make their energy work harder for them.
Amber is backed by some of Australia’s best accelerators and investors, including EnergyLab (Australia’s leading energy accelerator) and Startmate (Australia’s leading tech accelerator). Investors include Blackbird, Square Peg, Main Sequence, Commonwealth Bank and Black Sheep Capital.
The company has won Startup Vic’s Impact Pitch Night, for the best startup focused on making a positive social impact and been named Victorian Start-up of the Year.

Construction has digitised how projects are delivered, but not how capital is committed.
In a 2-4% margin environment, commercial leaders are accountable for outcomes they often cannot fully see. A 1% movement on a $500m project represents $5m in exposure.
Up to 70–80% of margin risk is embedded before contracts are signed - at the pre-contract stage where subcontractor commitments lock in financial exposure.
Yet this critical moment is still managed through spreadsheets, email chains and fragmented workflows.
When control is fragmented, margin is exposed before delivery even begins.
Control Before Commitment
ProcurePro restores control at the moment exposure is created.
We give construction commercial leaders structured visibility before capital is committed - aligning procurement, commercial and project teams around a single source of truth.
For commercial leaders, that means confidence before signing.
For procurement teams, that means clarity and faster comparisons.
For project teams, that means fewer downstream surprises.
Powered by Procurement Intelligence
ProcurePro introduces Procurement Intelligence to construction - a structured, data-driven platform that governs commitment before contracts are executed.
We surface real-time intelligence across:
• Scope coverage gaps
• Pricing variance
• Supply chain exposure
• Budget alignment
• Commitment benchmarking
• Subcontractor bid comparison
Delivery systems optimise execution.
Procurement Intelligence governs commitment.
As a global leader in construction procurement software, ProcurePro protects margin, capital, and commercial certainty across the pre-contract lifecycle.
Scale
• $38bn+ in supported construction value
• 1,500+ active projects
• 50,000+ subcontractor bid events analysed annually
• Operating across Australia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East
ProcurePro gives construction commercial leaders control before contracts are signed.
