Bulgarian Angels Club (ex-CEO Angels Club) is a group of senior executives and entrepreneurs related to Bulgaria investing their own money in early stage startups in return for equity. Our members make their own investment decisions and they can invest together or individually. They also provide expertise, contacts and pro-active mentorship to increase company value. The Club looks for early stage, normally post-accelerator startups that are highly scalable and that can show us how the company will get to break-even or to a clear meaningful mile stone (e.g.Seed or Series A.Funding) within 12-24 months on the basis of our one-time investment. This typically means smallish teams (2 to 5 people), with serious domain expertise and a product that is either currently in the market or already in beta.

Department for Legal Culture is a non-governmental organization whose primary purpose is assisting Bulgarian citizens and foreigners residing in Bulgaria in resolving the various legal problems that inevitably emerge in everyday life. Considering the complexity of the legislation, we realize that it is extremely hard for ordinary citizens to gain a clear idea of their legal status. On the other hand, it is of major importance to us to educate a civil society in the spirit of the law. Thereby, encouraging the public to stand for what it has de jure, we will render adequate assistance to all those who, for some reason need qualified legal assistance.
