Bulgarian Angels Club (ex-CEO Angels Club) is a group of senior executives and entrepreneurs related to Bulgaria investing their own money in early stage startups in return for equity. Our members make their own investment decisions and they can invest together or individually. They also provide expertise, contacts and pro-active mentorship to increase company value. The Club looks for early stage, normally post-accelerator startups that are highly scalable and that can show us how the company will get to break-even or to a clear meaningful mile stone (e.g.Seed or Series A.Funding) within 12-24 months on the basis of our one-time investment. This typically means smallish teams (2 to 5 people), with serious domain expertise and a product that is either currently in the market or already in beta.

Клуб „Инвестиционни стратегии“ към Русенски университет „Ангел Кънчев“ е официално открит на 19.03.2024г. Клубът няма аналог в страната и е направен по пример на подобен клуб в американски колеж в Ню Йорк. Клубът е създаден по инициатива на студенти и докторанти от специалностите Финансова математика и Икономика. Клубът има за цел да развива финансовата грамотност и инвестиционните умения на ученици, студенти и граждани. Всеки ще има възможността да обогати финансовите и икономическите си знания. Те ще могат да използват наученото на теория в практиката, като ще бъдат насърчавани от основателите на клуба да прилагат своите знания и умения в реални инвестиционни ситуации. Клуб „Инвестиционни стратегии“ ще организира дискусии, семинари, проекти и други активности, които насърчават обмна на идеи и опит между учащи, граждани и експерти в областта. На ежеседмичните срещи ще се прави седмичен кратък анализ на финансовото състояние на американските и европейските фондови пазари, както и дискусия на новините за тези пазари. Освен това, ще се разглежда по една тема, свързана с инвестициите.

Its managing partner, Krasimir Kehayov, has a decade of experience in investment banking, angel investing, fundraising and advisory.
