Indify enables promising artists to get the funding they need to grow their careers without a traditional record deal.
Launched in 2015 as an artist-discovery platform for music industry talent scouts, indify is built around a proprietary discovery algorithm that identifies artists poised for breakout success. Today this same technology allows us to find artists likely to succeed with direct investment.
Equity and ownership are central to indify’s work. Every deal struck through our platform is governed by three principles, designed to avoid unfair business arrangements:
*Artists own their masters: They made the music. They own it.
*Fair deals only: Artists always get 50% or more of profits post-recoupment
*Artists keep creative control: It’s their career. They call the shots.
Founded in 2015 by Shav Garg, Connor Lawrence, and Matt Pavia, indify’s mission is to build the infrastructure for a new music business. Indify is headquartered in New York City and built by a distributed team.

At Hungry Harvest we’re bringing plant power to the people with farm-fresh produce and grocery delivery. Were putting more plants on more plates across the United States by partnering with farmers to rescue fruits and vegetables, packing them into variety boxes and offering affordable, convenient home delivery. Every Harvest we deliver saves food from going to waste, helps close food access gaps in our communities, and works to reduce our overall environmental impact.

Imperfect Foods was founded in 2015 with a mission to reduce food waste and build a better food system for everyone. We offer imperfect (yet delicious) produce, affordable pantry items, and quality meat and dairy. We deliver them conveniently to our customers’ doorsteps and pride ourselves on offering up to a 30% discount compared to grocery store prices. Our customers can get the healthy, seasonal produce they want alongside the grocery staples they rely on, without having to compromise their budget or values. We’re proving that doing the right thing for the planet doesn’t have to cost more, and that shopping for quality ingredients can support the people and resources that it takes to grow our favorite foods.
Were headquartered in San Francisco with operations all over the country. Check our website to see if there is an Imperfect near you!
Were looking for folks who are positive, motivated, and ready to change the world. If that sounds like you, drop us a line!
