How many times have you called into a business and quickly become frustrated? Providing your account number over and over again. Long silences while the rep looks up basic information. It’s an everyday stressor that’s outdated and unnecessary. It’s also why we started Tenfold.
Our software enables businesses to have better customer conversations. When you talk to a company using Tenfold, the rep has all your relevant information right in front of them, in one place. The important details about you are no longer hidden from the person trying to serve you. Best of all, it works in real-time and behind the scenes. Our mission is to put bad customer service out of business, on the phone or wherever it may hide.

Founded in 2013, VentureLab is a non-profit organization that is helping create the next generation of innovators and changemakers.
We believe that all kids should learn the entrepreneurial mindset, a visionary, creative, and resilient outlook that they can use for a lifetime. That’s why we’ve developed free and open-access youth entrepreneurship curriculum that can easily be implemented by teachers, community leaders, parents, or anyone else interested in being a champion for kids’ learning.
Our curriculum helps students, and particularly girls, grow into passionate innovators while they gain the confidence and skills to transform their ideas into realities.
Over the past decade, there has been a significant growth among science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) jobs, triple that of non-STEM occupational fields. Additionally, startups and young businesses account for about 70% of gross job creation and disproportionately contribute to net job creation (U.S. Census). The challenge is that the current classroom education system is falling behind in teaching students how to think entrepreneurially, identify and anticipate diverse societal needs, and create products and services that will fill those needs.
We need to challenge the current set of beliefs around education because they are no longer applicable if we want to raise kids, especially girls, who know how to think like innovators and changemakers. But most of all, we need you to help create the next generation of creative leaders.

3 Day Startup (“3DS”) teaches entrepreneurial skills to university students in an extreme hands-on environment. This proven program provides students the tools they need to start successful companies. Over 12,000 3DS alumni from 400+ programs across 6 continents–at over 150 schools including Harvard, MIT, WHU (Germany), Technion (Israel), and the University of Texas–have launched more than 90 companies that have collectively raised $130 million in investor capital. Over 38 companies emerging from 3DS have been accepted to prestigious accelerators such as Y Combinator, TechStars, and Capital Factory.
While early programs focused strictly on technology- and web-enabled startups, demand has led the team to expand the program to function across broader entrepreneurial endeavors. Schools have hosted 3DS programs focused on themes such as social innovation, energy, culinary, hardware, and more.
Foregoing a grant-supported model, the founders developed an earned-revenues strategy—3DS charges universities, governments, and corporations to deliver programs—which allowed the organization to grow in a scalable and sustainable way while preserving mission autonomy. Running 3DS as a successful business operation keeps entrepreneurship in the organizational DNA and allows the organization to remain faithful to the philosophy of learning-by-doing.
