We launched our inaugural IslandMen Irish Whiskey in December 2024, the first to be produced and bottled in the area of Strabane and Derry in over 100 years. Praveen Kumar is an award winning Chef & Entrepreneur. The winner of numerous awards, including "Chef of the Year" - Asian Restaurant Awards 2020, his restaurant "Tabla" in Perth was the first Indian restaurant in Scotland to be awarded the AA One Rosette. Praveens has followed up this success with his award winning Indian Cook School, teaching people of all cooking abilities how to cook authentic Indian Food. Praveens talents as a chef have also seen him in demand in the media with a variety of appearances on TV cooking shows. Indian Meals are made by Praveen and his team of Chefs, and then blast-frozen for delivery to the B2B and D2C markets. We can be found in over 700 locations around the UK including farm shops, garden centres, delis, holiday parks and hotels, as well as our consumer site praveenkumar.com We believe Indian food should be made naturally as it is in India. Our dishes are made by hand using premium natural ingredients and spices. Vegetables are sourced from our own market garden in Perthshire, complimented with best of British meat, fish and dairy, combined with spices that are grown on Praveen’s parents’ farms in India, to give customers the most authentic dishes. You won’t find any artificial preservatives, additives or colourings added to the meals, just delicious food made with the same ingredients you would find in your own kitchen cupboard. On offer is a large selection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. Our company is committed to reducing our carbon footprint. Stablepharma was founded with a simple purpose; to use its novel technology to dramatically improve health outcomes for those adults and children most at risk of death and disability caused by vaccine preventable diseases. StablevaX is an adaptable fridge-free technology which offers a greatly extended shelf-life, reduces vaccine wastage and CO2 emissions of the global cold-chain. The WHO estimate that approximately 50% of all vaccines manufactured are wasted due to failures in the global cold chain (distribution and storage of vaccines). Stablepharma aims to ensure that a proportion of vital vaccines and pharmaceutical products can be removed from the refrigerated cold chain and stored for months or even years at room temperature. Stablepharma is developing the worlds first fridge-free vaccine, SPVX02 for Tetanus diphtheria, a pharmaceutical product for the prevention of Tetanus and Diphtheria.

Beast was founded with the sole purpose to provide a safe haven for troubled and vulnerable kids. We offer Free boxing classes to children of all ages, which aims to help them build their confidence and restore their faith in the community in which they live. This project is run by Volunteers and hopes to one day create the next World Champion.
