Youth Futures is an NGO in the making. It is a project that aims at improving civic participation amongst young people, and making sure they’re well represented in institutional capacities.

Fundada em 2015 no ISEG, a "LEAPing - Associação para o Empreendedorismo Universitário"​ pertencente à Universidade de Lisboa, tem como principal objectivo fomentar a cultura empreendedora dentro do ISEG, tal como estimular a criação de ideias e o desenvolvimento de competências pessoais dos seus alunos. Para atingir estes fins foi delineada uma estrutura empresarial com departamentos de Marketing, Finanças, Recursos Humanos e Operações, sendo este último o coração da associação. Para além dos eventos e conferências organizados para promover a cultura empreendedora, a LEAPing obtém também vagas para estágios de verão para os alunos, de forma promover experiências em Startups. Tendo no passado colocado com sucesso alunos nas seguintes Startups: Abylos - Trends and Consulting, Imaginary Cloud e DCK Boardshorts. Por último a LEAPing tem atualmente 2 projectos em desenvolvimento, uma plataforma de freelancing universitário a ser lançada no final do ano lectivo e o novo projeto de aceleradora de ideias para o ISEG.
