SemperVirens is a San Francisco based venture capital firm investing in AI-native companies transforming the largest and most complex service markets in the economy: healthcare, financial services, and the workforce. These markets represent over 75% of US GDP, yet remain defined by manual work, regulatory complexity, and systems that too often fail. We back companies that dont just improve workflows, but take responsibility for the outcome.  Since 2018, weve backed over 85 category-defining companies, including unicorns like Spring Health, Human Interest, Midi Health, Remote, and Multiverse. We put thousands of senior operators, advisors, and channel partners to work for our founders, accelerating customer access, distribution, and scale across markets we know from the inside.
