Utilitalia è la Federazione che riunisce le Aziende operanti nei servizi pubblici dell'Acqua, dell'Ambiente, dell'Energia Elettrica e del Gas, rappresentandole presso le Istituzioni nazionali ed europee. Dal 2015, Utilitalia unisce circa 500 soggetti tra Società di capitali, Consorzi, Comuni, Aziende speciali ed altri enti, che gestiscono in maniera industriale servizi di interesse economico generale: acqua, energia, ambiente, gas. Gli Associati ad Utilitalia: - forniscono servizi idrici a circa l'80% della popolazione; - servizi ambientali a circa il 55%; - servizi di distribuzione gas ad oltre il 30%; - servizi di energia elettrica a circa il 15% della popolazione italiana, concentrata nelle grandi città.
