Aprendizajes y fracasos todos puestos en la misma mochila de viaje. Hará tres años decidí abandonarlo todo, coger lo mejor de cada cosa y construirme de nuevo. Para ello empecé a colaborar, de forma gratuita, con Startups y emprendedores que tenían en su cabeza un sueño y que no sabían cómo hacerlo realidad, o simplemente, como darle forma lógica. Bien, tres años después puedo decir que mi experiencia de trabajo en Startups ha sido el mayor de mis aprendizajes y lo sigue siendo. No es de extrañar que muchas grandes empresas y quizás no tan grandes, se están viendo superadas por éstas pequeñas o casi microscópicas Startups llenas de ideas frescas y casi sin estructura alguna de dirección, lo cual les permite una adaptación al medio y un cambio constante con suma facilidad. Para superar este obstáculo, cada vez más frecuente, me he especializado en la implantación del concepto o cultura emprendedora en grandes, medianas y pequeñas empresas. Para cumplir con este objetivo es necesario romper con las estructuras rígidas y traducirlas en sistemas más horizontales, fomentar la colaboración, trabajar las capacidades de comunicación de los equipos y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, diseño y rediseño de productos para conectar de nuevo los mercados con dichas empresas. Y todo con la ayuda de la innoeficiencia, la combinación entre innovación y eficiencia. The University of Barcelona (UB) is Spain’s leading research university, publishing more research than any other Spanish institution with the exception of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).
