OurLiving är en konsumentinriktad digital tjänst med smarta funktioner som hanterar alla uppgifter om det egna boendet på ett och samma ställe: bruksanvisningar, underhåll, drift och skötsel med rekommendationer och arbetssätt, renoveringsprojekt, ekonomi etc. Tjänsten OurLiving är trygg och enkel och spar direkt både tid och pengar för användaren.

Emrahus bygger kloka och schyssta LSS-hem framtagna med hjälp av några av landets främsta experter. Vi har tänkt till både en och fem gånger extra för att kunna bygga framtidens bostäder. Våra LSS-hem har inte bara tagit hänsyn till fysisk tillgänglighet utan har även ett stort fokus på ljud, ljus och lösningar som minskar stress och konflikter. Emrahus resa började redan 2007 som en husleverantör med fokus på energieffektiva och väldesignade villor. All kunskap om hur man skapar ett hem har vi sedan tagit med oss in i arbetet med LSS-hemmen. 2014 blev vårt första LSS-hem certifierat enligt den internationella standarden, vilket gör det till Sveriges första passivhuscertifierade LSS-boende. Emrahus mål är inte att bli störst utan att vara ett företag med närhet till kund och med starkt fokus på att hela tiden ligga längst fram när det gäller energieffektiva hem.

FemOwn är ett skånskt, kvinnligt affärsnätverk med fokus på att främja kvinnligt ägande och affärer mellan kvinnor. Syftet är att skapa ett ekosystem som sträcker sig även utanför träffarna genom att låta kunskap, nätverkande och inspiration bidra till att fler kvinnor i Skåne tar steget att investera och äga – gärna tillsammans. Vi gör detta för att skapa ett ökat intresse för investeringar och ägande för att öka kvinnors makt att påverka.
