Renovare is a small investment company founded to work as a long term owner and provide our investees with knowledge, competence and resources to renew, improve and strengthen our companies. We invest in owner led companies with 10-50 mSek in revenues. Our goal is to acquire up to 80% of the companies over time. We focus on "buy to build"​ and partner up with existing shareholders as a long term and persevering partner in order to create healthy and strong companies. We firstly focus on digitalisation, digital marketing, sales and goal targeting and we add network, resources, management and strategy capabilities to the investees. Our investments are made with our own capital but we also syndicate with other investors and use external funding options if necessary. The criterias for the investees are: - Revenues of 10-50 mSek - Existing organisation - Not to be headquartered in the biggest cities and in the current overhyped sectors
