For every batch of ice cream we make, the nice folks down the road deliver fresh milk straight from their farm to our shop, where it is made into ice cream the very same day. While most ice cream makers by their base mix from large commercial producers, we take pride in making our very own base mix from scratch, right here at the Creamery.
