At Argo, we are building infrastructure for the future of space. We believe the next great leap beyond Earth requires re-imagining in-space transportation – transitioning to a new paradigm of abundant, unconstrained movement. We are untethering space operations from Earth by leveraging the moon’s shallow gravity well and accessible water resources. Argo will harvest lunar water and use it as propellant to create a true in-space transportation network. By sourcing propellant from the moon, we will provide the freedom to maneuver throughout space. This freedom will expand the possibilities for space businesses and support permanent human presence beyond Earth. Harnessing Lunar water will help usher in a new era of affordable activity in space.

Allocations was founded in 2019 by Kingsley Advani, a successful serial angel investor. Advani became determined to build a more democratic fund raising platform after being fed up with how slow and expensive fund lawyers were. Allocations levels the playing ground between normal investors and institutions via SPVs, funds and SPACs. It is the company’s mission to democratize capitalism. The Allocations platform empowers emerging fund managers to easily raise capital and gives normal investors the opportunity to invest in companies that are changing the world. Allocations has enabled investments in companies such as SpaceX, Axiom Space and Udemy. In addition to this, the company has facilitated early-stage funding for innovative companies that are addressing some of the biggest problems in the world right now: cancer, pollution and sustainable meat production. Allocations is rapidly expanding to build the world’s most programmatic approach to fund management. The company was started in Silicon Valley and has since moved to Miami, where it is steadily becoming a crucial pillar of Miami’s burgeoning tech hub. Notable investors include Jamie Rogozinsky (Founder of WallStreetBets), Joshua Browder (Founder of DoNotPay) and Zachary Hargreaves (Ex Founders Fund).

EnergyX is a sustainable energy company focused on direct lithium extraction, refinery and battery technology. Combining these technologies from brine to battery will create a process dramatically lowering the cost of lithium resources. The company’s goal is to develop technology and assets that turn it into one of the premier, low-cost lithium providers for the growing lithium-ion battery industry. The electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage revolution is generating high demand for lithium, with some analysts forecasting orders-of-magnitude demand increases. As the EV market rapidly expands, millions of large-scale battery packs will be in demand. The estimated annual production of EV’s is 20,000,000 per year. For one 85-kWh car, the price of the lithium in the battery is approximately $2,945 per car. Residential (home) and commercial batteries are also gaining market demand traction, and California has implemented law stating by 2020 all new homes will require solar arrays. Companies already producing lithium are attempting to increase production as battery cell manufacturers are scaling up lithium-ion production with mega factories and actively acquiring raw materials through long term off-take supply agreements. In the Lithium Triangle, where 50-70% of the world’s known lithium reserve is located, current methods of extraction are based off outdated, natural evaporation pond technology, which takes 18 months, and loses 50-70% of the lithium due to co-precipitation. Our solution is to optimize and apply a highly scalable lithium extraction membrane to the process. The ability to efficiently extract and aggregate the lithium elements from the salt brines using proprietary, multi-level, synthetic ion separation techniques can increase time efficiency by 100x and recovery rate by 300%.

Space for Humanity is organizing the planet’s first Sponsored Citizen Astronaut Mission, where leaders, from any walk of life, can apply for an opportunity to go to space and experience the Overview Effect: the cognitive shift in awareness that occurs when a human being looks down on the Earth from space. Each year, a new crew is selected from a diverse group of leaders from around the globe. Upon their return, each citizen astronaut has a commitment to leveraging that experience for the collective good. Our mission is to expand access to space, train our leaders of tomorrow, and contribute to a culture of interconnectedness as we venture into the stars. Through our citizen spaceflight program, leadership training, and collaborative efforts to educate the public, we are setting the stage to create the world we want, both here on Earth and throughout the cosmos. We believe our future in space will be determined by who we resolve to be on Earth, today.
