Nacimos en 2018 con un pequeño local en la calle Toledo de Madrid, en el que nuestro CEO y fundador, Gonzalo Iceta, preparaba él mismo los pokes con su hermano Íñigo. Hoy en día, contamos con 33 establecimientos propios, en los que ofrecemos una experiencia divertida y desenfadada. Espacios de estética urbana y con un aire industrial, donde creamos el mejor ambiente para conectar con nuestros clientes. Pensar con creatividad, escuchar a nuestros clientes y hacer las cosas con pasión nos ha llevado a ser la cadena del poke líder de la categoría, y contamos con un equipo de más de 200 personas, motor de este gran proyecto que es Healthy Poke.
