MINIEYE was founded in April, 2013. Its predecessor was a development project on Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) funded by the MDA of Singapore government. In order to help driver better understand the road and make driving safer, MINIEYE is developing visual perception system for vehicles. With these advanced vision algorithms, MINIEYE on-broad camera can scan road around and accurately identify a variety of traffic objects, including vehicles, lanes, pedestrians, traffic lights and traffic signs. By analyzing the identified objects, MINIEYE is able to effectively percept rear-end collision, lane departure, pedestrian collision, overspeed and other driving risks, and alert the driver to avoid accidents.

Shenzhen BASiC Semiconductor LTD., the leading enterprise of Wide-Band-Gap (WBD) semiconductor industry in China, is committed to the R&D and industrialization of SiC power devices. The R&D centers are located in Nanshan Shenzhen, Pingshan Shenzhen, Yizhuang Beijing, Pukou Nanjing, Xinwu Wuxi,Hongkong and Nagoya Japan. BASiC has established a competitive R&D team, from which 20 core members hold doctorates from renowned universities and research institutions such as University of Cambridge, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, RWTH Aachen University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
BASiC masters the state-of-the-art SiC semiconductor technologies. The R&D fields cover the whole industrial chain of SiC power devices, such as epitaxial growth, chip design, packaging test and driver circuits. Basic Semiconductor has been involved in dozens of government-funded R&D and industrialization projects. The company has established an R&D center for the WBD semiconductor materials and devices together with the research institute from Tsinghua University. It was also approved as the collaborative innovation center under China Association of Science and Technology (CAST), and Guangdong Province research center for SiC power device engineering technology, which are dedicated for WBD semiconductors.
