Homeownership is there to help support your residents for any query they may have. Our AI assistant can answer almost any Shared Ownership question and can even scan resident leases in order to allow for quick resolution. Our Staircasing and Resales Module is already used by 30% of Shared Ownership units, we constantly scan resident data to nurture them towards owning more of their homes.
