Taudia’s purpose is to advance laboratory medicine by enabling precise, ultrasensitive quantification of blood-based protein biomarkers at a scale aligned with existing clinical laboratory infrastructure. This need is particularly acute in neurology, where biomarkers such as phosphorylated Tau, neurofilament light, and synaptic proteins are present at very low concentrations, yet require longitudinal, population-level measurement for diagnosis, risk stratification, and therapeutic monitoring. Although analytical sensitivity has improved in recent years, adoption of neurological blood biomarkers remains constrained by assay complexity, limited throughput, and reliance on specialized instrumentation. These barriers restrict testing capacity and hinder broad clinical deployment across routine laboratory settings. Taudia has developed a proximity-based protein quantification platform that integrates immunoassay specificity with nucleic acid amplification, enabling femtogram-per-milliliter sensitivity using standard qPCR/dPCR systems. By leveraging the globally established qPCR ecosystem already embedded across hospital, reference, and translational laboratories, the platform enables immediate scalability without requiring new capital equipment or extensive workflow retraining. A simplified, single-wash protocol further reduces hands-on time and operational variability, supporting high-throughput implementation.
