We are a New York City-based B-Corp that partners with principals, teachers and parents to close the opportunity gap in urban schools. Our work includes: a rigorous, culturally responsive curricula taught by Education Champions that look like the kids they serve, customized private tutoring solutions for one-on-one learning taught by our most accomplished Education Champions, and software solutions, built to help students succeed, that connect parents and educators and provide real-time insights and data from both inside and outside of the classroom.

The Innovation value Institute (IVI) was co-founded in 2006 by Maynooth University and Intel to help drive the transformation of IT capability management. Its goal is to create the global gold standard for IT management. To achieve this goal, the Innovation Value Institute researches, develops, and disseminates empirically proven and industry validated IT best practice through a unique open collaboration between leading academic and industry practitioners. Through its consortium, IVI facilitates a collaborative community of like-minded peers committed to investigating, advancing and disseminating the frameworks, tools and best practices associated with managing IT Value and IT enabled Innovation. IVI is currently focused on extending the development and dissemination of the IT Capability Maturity Framework (IT-CMF).

Sunnyside Community Services (SCS) is a community-based nonprofit centered on the belief that every person deserves meaningful support to achieve their aspirations – especially struggling families and individuals. With programs designed to enrich lives and strengthen communities through services and engagement for individuals at all ages, beginning with those most in need, SCS has been lighting up lives since 1974. SCS serves a diverse community of over 16,000 people of all ethnicities and income levels throughout Queens with programs that range from pre-K to college and career readiness, home care and home health aide training, Beacon and Cornerstone community centers for children and families, ESOL classes, immigration legal services, immigrant community engagement, a vibrant senior center, and a full range of services for at-risk older adults including social adult day care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, and a city-wide program of supportive services for those who care for them. SCS encourages individuals to use their time and talents to give back to their community. The organization offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals ages 15 and older including helping youth through tutoring and homework assistance, preparing or serving meals in the senior center, visiting homebound older adults, helping homebound seniors care for their pets, assisting with administrative work, and more.
