Across the country, districts and schools in our most marginalized communities are striving—sometimes struggling—to make meaningful progress in closing the achievement gaps that impact underserved students. Leading Educators exists to support schools in doing exactly that.
We’re reinventing professional development for educators, taking it out of enormous auditoriums and putting it where it belongs: in schools, in environments where educators can interact and collaborate. Together with our district partners, we design training and support structures that improve the conditions for continuous growth across their schools.
We guide educators to overcome implicit biases and to deepen their expertise in the content students need to master, using methods that have been proven to work in the world’s most effective education systems. When we lead educators, and empower them to lead other educators, we create exponential impact across entire school systems, ensuring consistently exceptional teaching for every student in every classroom, day after day, year after year.

At EOS, we work with districts to support their commitment to increasing academic opportunities for all of their students – especially those who are historically underserved and underrepresented.
Our model is built on deep partnerships in which we provide data, insights, and year-round support to ensure that all students have equal access to advanced academic programs like AP, IB, and dual enrollment, and thrive once enrolled.
Simply put, we want students to have the opportunity to build the life they want. Our data and experience has shown that opening access to rigorous coursework pushes students to success in both school and beyond.
Since 2011, EOS has helped districts truly understand the academic interests, aspirations, and barriers to success for each of their students to identify the courses that best align with their unique goals.
We work with a diverse range of districts, from rural and suburban to the biggest urban school systems in the country.
