At VentriJect, we want to change how we work with cardiorespiratory fitness. Cardiorespiratory fitness, also expressed as VO2max, is the strongest indicator of health, according to several studies, and even small improvements in VO2max can mean a significant health improvement. Unfortunately, evaluating cardiorespiratory fitness today can be cumbersome, time-consuming, expensive and dependent on highly-trained staff. At VentriJect we want to change that. Introducing the Seismofit - a radical new approach to evaluating cardiorespiratory fitness. With high accuracy, no training required, and extreme ease of use, we can estimate your VO2max in less than 3 minutes - a fraction of the time used with other approaches. This clinical-validated and patented technology is unique and a true game-changer, and will provide significant value to the patients and the healthcare practitioners. VentriJect was established as a spin-out from a leading research center in cardiology at Aalborg University in 2018 and is situated in Hellerup near Copenhagen, Denmark.

Our vision is to enable rapid and local tests for anticoagulants at the point-of-care to benefit patients. Currently, there is no readily available solutions to address blood levels of anticoagulants called Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs) at the point-of-care. We have developed a novel technology, chip and instrument that can detect anticoagulants, directly from whole blood within only 10 minutes. The elegant simplicity of our solution will potentially be readily available at the point of care.
