We want to provide people living with diabetes with an intelligent therapeutic system to regulate blood glucose. This project was initiated in 2011 by the CERITD (Centre d’Études et de Recherches pour l’Intensification du Traitement du Diabète) in collaboration with the CEA LETI. After the success of the clinical trials in 2014, we created Diabeloop to bring the project to market and make it available to the largest number of people. Since spring 2021, DBLG1 System, the first automated insulin delivery device, is being marketed in several European countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and France.

ARENADOUR est le fruit du rapprochement de deux acteurs du thermalisme de l’agglomération dacquoise : Thermes Adour et Thermes des Arènes. Depuis 2018, SRS, investisseur majeur et reconnu des secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux en France, avec une présence croissante en Europe, Amérique du Nord et en Amérique Latine, relaie le fonds Naxicap Partners au capital du Groupe Arenadour. Arkéa Capital Investissement et Ouest Croissance, déjà présents, réinvestissent aux côtés de SRS. L’association du savoir-faire en thermalisme médical et d’une grande capacité d’hébergement offre de belles perspectives de développement. Le marché du thermalisme jouit d’une image revalorisée auprès des patients, du corps médical et des pouvoirs publics. La médecine thermale est en effet reconnue dans la prise en charge des douloureux chroniques et du vieillissement de la population, et le nombre de curistes ne cesse d’augmenter. La structure de la population change. Nous vivons plus longtemps mais pas nécessairement en bonne santé. Aussi, depuis janvier 2015, le groupe met à disposition de ses patients des programmes d’éducation à la santé proposant des activités et ateliers axés sur la diététique, la gestion du stress et l’exercice physique. L’objectif est d’accompagner le patient au sortir de sa cure en lui enseignant comment prendre soin de sa santé chez lui, prolonger les effets de sa cure, réduire sa consommation médicamenteuse... Des courts séjours de Prévention Santé sont également proposés à des actifs soucieux de se reprendre en main. Arenadour détient 6 établissements thermaux, 1 centre de remise en forme aquatique, 1 Spa, 7 hôtels et résidences et 1 camping et constitue ainsi un acteur de référence. Il accueille désormais 27000 curistes par an sur Dax et Saint-Paul-Lès-Dax. Depuis 2019, il étend son rayonnement au Gard avec la concession de service public pour la gestion des Thermes des Fumades. En mars 2021, il reprend les 3 établissements du Pôle Thermal d'Amnéville.
