This project is focused on social and labor reintegration of detainees. In addition to the generated impact from the implementation of the project, the most important result is the application of pay-by-result in Italy. Thanks to this tool, the Public Administration has had benefits from savings. The most relevant aspect is surely the new design model of advanced social policies ready to use that could support and revolutionize the social welfare. Three years ago, FSC decided to launch its most ambitious project: the construction of a new landmark in Turin. An urban regeneration of an abandoned 35.000-square-meters train maintenance centre. Known as "OGR"​, the place aims to become a catalyst for social impact in the fields of Innovation and Culture.
