Le Cercle des administrateurs (CdA) brings together administrators and leaders with international experience in sharing views on corporate governance. Their first work was devoted to promoting "entrepreneurship"​ in France and developing better corporate governance, particularly in SMEs / ETIs, at a time when the Viénot and Bouton commissions were working on similar topics for large listed companies in the late nineties. The main objectives of the CdA today are to improve corporate governance practices and to train competent administrators who disseminate best practices and bring real added value to the management and stakeholders of the company.

La Fédération organise des conférences pédagogiques à destination des actionnaires individuels et leur diffuse de l’information financière. La F2iC est un relais entre les actionnaires et les sociétés cotées par le biais des réunions, des brochures et de son site internet. Partenaire de l’École de la Bourse, elle participe à l’effort d’éducation financière des épargnants et joue un rôle consultatif auprès des autorités de place.
