Asynt Solutions employs cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to engineer innovative products tailored for transportation infrastructure and heavy construction, aiming to enhance safety, worksite efficiency, and minimize environmental impacts. Our inaugural product line, the APE Barrier System, are composite temporary traffic barriers that have demonstrated the ability to absorb 50% more energy compared to traditional concrete portable barriers, all while weighing only 1/10th as much. This unique feature allows contractors to transport a significantly greater number of barriers per truck load, accelerating installation processes and ensuring job site safety. Additionally, it contributes to heightened safety for the public during highway travel. Learn more about the APE Barrier System on our website.

Eikonoklastes Therapeutics is an early stage biopharmaceutical company focused on rapidly advancing innovative medicines for numerous areas of significant unmet clinical need, starting with neurodegenerative diseases. We are iconoclasts who are passionate about finding new and better ways to treat disease. Our first-in-class gene therapy moves beyond single defective gene replacement. It is a transformational, disease-modifying gene supplement therapy with a unique mechanism of action that provides extra copies of a critical gene to cause overexpression of a critical neurotrophic factor that is essential for neuromuscular signaling and function. Our initial focus is on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, Lou Gehrig’s Disease), a rare, yet debilitating nerve disease that causes progressive muscle degeneration and eventual death. An estimated 5,000 new patients in the U.S. are diagnosed each year with ALS, and there are few treatment options beyond supportive care. Our dynamic discovery and development approach allows us to focus on accelerated approvals and outsized returns for ALS and potentially other neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s, traumatic brain injury, and more.

Invirsa is developing a small molecule (INV-102) that promotes both DNA repair and the innate immune response to infection and injury. These actions lead to enhanced wound healing associated with reductions in inflammation and viral replication. INV-102 has demonstrated unprecedented efficacy in animal models of ocular sulfur mustard gas injury. Sulfur mustard is a dangerous chemical weapon, and INV-102 is the first drug to show promise in preventing its long-term effects. There is no current FDA approved therapy for this injury. In September of 2020, Invirsa received a $29.6M BARDA award ($14.4M plus $15.2M in milestones) to support the clinical development of INV-102 for the treatment of ocular sulfur mustard gas injury and other ocular injuries associated with DNA damage. The award covers development through Phase 3 clinical trials. Invirsa’s initial commercial focus for INV-102 will be infectious keratoconjunctivitis as there is no treatment for the viral form of this disease which comprises 80% of all cases. INV-102 has demonstrated clear efficacy in animal models of infectious conjunctivitis.

SafeWire exists to insure and ensure every real estate transaction is free from wire fraud. Real estate wire fraud is a problem arising from global financial inequality. Often, the criminals involved are from poor countries throughout the world who feel that they are Robin Hood, stealing from the rich to give to the poor. If we’re going to define success with our mission and build a FraudFree™ world, SafeWire will need to positively impact global financial inequality in parts of the world where online fraud is born. Real estate wire fraud isn’t sexy. It is however, a massive problem for the traditional real estate industry. Business Email Compromise (BEC) Fraud has cost over $9B* since 2016. 16% of those losses are specific to Real Estate Wire Fraud.
