Bioneex is the first AI-powered drug candidates marketplace. It connects drug development companies with biopharma partners and venture capital investors to facilitate licensing, co-development partnership deals for preclinical and clinical-stage drug candidates, and investments. On one side, the platform enables innovative drug development companies to list their novel drug candidates and directly contact hundreds of biopharma partners and venture capital investors actively seeking development-stage assets (preclinical to phase III) for in-licensing, co-development partnership, and investment. On the other side, the platform enables biopharma companies and venture capital firms to identify and access novel development-stage assets (preclinical to phase III) posted directly by drug development companies and directly contact them with one click. In essence, Bioneex provides a platform for drug development companies, biopharma partners and venture capital investors, where they can meet and create R&D partnerships and investment deals. Bioneexs vision is helping preclinical and clinical-stage drug development companies gain for their medicines in development vital exposure to the right partners and investors at the right time, which will increase the likelihood of moving these innovative drug candidates into the next stage of development and, ultimately to the patients as novel medicines.

4M Therapeutics Inc. (4MTx) is developing targeted therapies for central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Our discovery platform was developed at Harvard, MIT and the University of Washington to uncover how drugs like lithium enhance the health of living human brain cells – and then to design better alternatives. Pre-clinical data show that our lead asset 4MT2001 has the potential to provide a better combination of efficacy and safety than lithium for the treatment of bipolar disorder (BPD). Clinical trials will begin in early 2025 as we seek to address a $6 billion US market. Beyond BPD, our pipeline has the potential to address Alzheimer’s disease, frontal temporal dementia, and other brain disorders with broad clinical, commercial, and partnering potential. 4MTx is led by CEO Pablo Lapuerta, who has developed and launched multiple drugs. He introduced into clinical trials the first targeted CNS kinase inhibitor to show successful proof-of-concept data. Board Chair Don Hayden was previously President of Global Pharmaceuticals at Bristol Myers-Squibb and led the development and commercialization of CNS blockbuster Abilify (peak annual sales > $6B). Board member Dr. Lawrence Goldstein co-founded publicly-traded Cytokinetics and is professor emeritus at UC San Diego with extensive CNS experience.
