The Netherlands can and will become more sustainable and more innovative. This calls for dedication, patience and capital. But above all, it calls for entrepreneurs. Real entrepreneurs with outstanding plans for the Netherlands of the future. We are here to finance those plans. We are Invest-NL, impact investors. We make tomorrow possible. Pleased to meet you. We are going to make the difference. Impact is our goal, return is our means. We dare to turn opportunity into achievement. To deliver where others falter. How do we do this? By taking responsible risks, waiting that little bit longer for our return, and making judicious use of our access to European funds. But also by being passionate and motivated, professional and reliable, and by firmly believing in our mission. We stimulate and accelerate. We create opportunities and remove obstacles. We generate financial backing for what once seemed unbackable. Not by competing, but by working together. Bringing projects that are beyond individual scope within the realms of possibility. By taking risks ourselves, we reduce the risks for others. We are an open organisation. An organisation that takes a wide perspective and looks beyond the obvious. We look towards 2050 and see an economy that is radically different from today’s. With a greater focus on people, the environment, society and our shared future. This calls for sweeping transitions throughout society, for faith in opportunities, for long-term thinking. Promises you can hold us to. The entrepreneurs with the skills and the vision to create the Netherlands of tomorrow may just be starting out. The technology to make it possible is still in its infancy. This is our area of expertise. The place where we make the difference. We cannot meet these challenges alone. And even if we could, we wouldn’t want to. You are more than welcome to join us, so we can fulfil these promises together. Welcome to the Netherlands of tomorrow.
