Technology Academy Finland (TAF) is an independent foundation awarding the 1-million-euro Millennium Technology Prize that promotes sustainable technological innovation. TAF’s agenda: - Voicing public debate on the significance of technology and promoting innovations for a better life - Providing a neutral collaboration forum for business, academia and governmental organizations - Encouraging young people to study and choose a career in technology One of TAF’s strengths is the tripartite cooperation between industry, governmental organizations and the scientific community and its extensive network in all these sectors. The three sectors are also represented in the TAF Board and the Executive Committee.

We believe that increased diversity, equity and inclusion will bring new kind of knowledge, experience, leadership, innovativeness and better decision making to companies and organisations in order to increase competitive advantage. Board Professionals BPF Finland’s members are experienced women executives. Through our activities we enhance the promotion of members to new challenges as board of directors and positions at c-level. We also provide trainings and knowledge about current topics in board work and facilitate networking with peers. Finnish BPF is a member of European Women on Boards network.
