Sydnexis was founded with the goal of developing a proprietary, stable, low-dose atropine eyedrop to treat myopia progression in children and minimize the risk of ocular co-morbidities. At Sydnexis, we have focused on developing a best-in-class low-dose atropine formulation to address the juvenile-onset myopia pandemic.
