Welcome Health is a new, recently announced medical group providing best in class care to older adults in the comfort of their own home, both in person and through telehealth and emerging digital health technology. Grounded in the underutilized science and art of geriatric medicine, we seek to remove the barriers that older adults face in their pursuit of what matters most to them.
