Insects are very efficient in converting biomass to high quality proteins and oils. Its possible produce them in large scales in automated facilities, using side streams from the cereal industry. Thats making them both sustainable and very economically viable. We have specialized in processing the food for the future. We have developed a new protein food ingredient derived from mealworms.
