What started as a manufacturer of high-quality tofu for Toronto vegetarian restaurants in 1980, has grown into a trusted legacy brand catering to an expanding community of retail and restaurant consumers in search of non-GMO, wheat and gluten-free, kosher, and organic vegan products.
