We offer our users, ̶buyers, tenants or real estate investors̶ a quick, agile, free of ads and banners website, designed for them to be able to communicate efficiently with the offeror who has what they are looking for.
Properati not only proposes to list properties in a simple and quick manner but also to add value and intelligence to users’ searches by means of metadata and statistics. Moreover, we also add value by charging real estate agencies only for the quality contacts they get. We believe that the closer we get to the final transaction, the healthier and the better the model becomes. Both the challenge and the opportunity are huge.
The business model is “freemium,” that is to say, it is free to post an ad and the user may also decide to pay to get better results, that is to say, more potential business contacts (“lead gen”). Real estate agencies post for free and then select the daily budget they want to invest and how much they want to pay for each quality contact. Our system takes care of the rest.
