The first product born from the Pollen Projects Studio is SEASN, the salt & pepper for drinks. SEASN is a pair of delicious and intense cocktail bitters transforming mixers & cocktails and modernising a 200 year old monopolised category. SEASN Light brightens your soda, margaritas and martinis. SEASN Dark, to enrich your ginger ale, highballs and old fashioneds. Vegan - 0.0% - Preservative Free Great Taste ⭐️ & ⭐️⭐️ Our second project is Sylva: Nestled in The Colne Valley on the Suffolk border, sits Sylva’s pioneering distillery and maturation lab, where limited release aged non-alcoholic spirits are made from British grain and wood. Maker Ben Branson has invented a world first distillation and maturation process to make unique liquids to sip slowly from foraged and locally sourced cereal varietals and over 200 tree species.
