Founded in 2020, Guakame Street Food is the brainchild of Jonan Wiergo and Chris Tomás, two young entrepreneurs and content creators who envisioned a dining experience that is both ethical and flavorful. Our diverse menu includes everything from savory Gyozas Hoisin to our signature Guakame Burger, made with no beef burger, vegan cheese, and caramelized onions, served with sweet potato fries and coffee mayonnaise.
