Floatech, a spin-off of the IMDEA Materials Institute, is a high tech company specialized on designing and producing silicon anodes for lithium-ion batteries. We have developed a commercial competitive process for the fabrication of >75% nanostructured Si anodes without the use of solvents and polymers during processing, hence reducing costs and emissions.
