As we appeal largely to the Student Population, we focus on candidates’ soft skills including Work Ethic, Communication & Team-work and Presentation rather than CVs as we understand many candidates may be coming to us for their first job.
We provide dedicated Account Managers so clients and Brightsparks alike have direct access to someone in HQ who has the relevant knowledge at their finger-tips.
