Immofix has conceived the first deep and secure energy retrofit journey, aiming at turning houses into energy efficient homes.
Our renovation journey is made of 4 main stages :
1. Analysis of the existing building ;
2. Design phase and search for financing ;
3. Realization of the renovation project ;
4. Acceptance of the works and certificate upon completion (attesting the high level of energy performance).
In order to insure the quality and efficiency of the energy renovations we are in charge of, we surrounded ourselves with highly qualified partners : appraisers, energy audit firms, architects, banks ...
We coordinate their actions and ensure the smooth running of the whole renovation project.
