Qui sommes-nous ? La Fédération du Service aux Particuliers est une association loi 1901 créée en avril 2006. Elle est membre du MEDEF, du Groupement des professions de services (GPS) et de l’EFSI. Historique de la création de la FESP Depuis la loi du 26 juillet 2005 relative au développement des services à la personne, le secteur s’est fortement développé grâce à une politique dynamique de soutien à l’initiative. Ce développement a incité les acteurs du secteur à se regrouper pour agir avec cohérence et efficacité. Le Syndicat des entreprises de services à la personne (SESP), créé en 1996, a souhaité faire évoluer sa structure pour répondre aux nouvelles demandes de ses adhérents et à l’évolution du marché. Cette démarche a conduit à la création de la Fédération du service aux particuliers (FESP), constituée le 20 avril 2006. Missions de la FESP La FESP œuvre en faveur de la qualité de service, de la professionnalisation du secteur, et lutte contre le travail au noir en : - représentant ses adhérents auprès des pouvoirs publics, nationaux et locaux, des instances européennes, des organisations patronales et syndicales et de l’Agence nationale des services à la personne (ANSP) ; - structurant les métiers pour en pérenniser l’activité ; - soutenant les principes fondamentaux du libre choix de la structure intervenante par le bénéficiaire du service, la libre concurrence et l’égalité de traitement par les instances publiques ; La FESP est représentative des entreprises du secteur des services à la personne et à ce titre participe aux négociations avec les partenaires sociaux.
