La tenuta, nelle colline della Valpantena, si estende per circa 45 ha tra Grezzana e Verona. Un’area di forte fascino, vicina alla città scaligera, ad un’altura compresa fra i 450 e i 750 m.s.l.m. Nell’antico borgo di Erbin sono ospitate le foresterie, la cappella ed i porticati. Una parte del borgo è destinata ad un’attività alberghiera, la Collina dei Ciliegi Country Resort. Accanto al borgo, una stalla edificata negli anni ’70, che ospita circa 100 bovine da latte. La proprietà è interamente situata nella DOC Valpolicella, sulle colline che si alzano a nord sulla città di Verona. Dall’attenta selezione delle migliori uve di 12 ha nascono attualmente i prodotti dell’azienda, a cui si aggiungeranno, nei prossimi anni, le uve provenienti da ulteriori 11 ha di vigneti impiantati più recentemente e da altri 23 ettari coltivati nelle zone limitrofe. Il terreno prevalentemente calcareo, con suolo ricco di minerali, unitamente alle escursioni termiche estive, facilita l’evoluzione degli aromi tipici di questa area, dando ai vini una freschezza e un carattere inconfondibile.
