A specialist Income & Expenditure trained virtual agent delivering improved CX and robust results
"The income and expenditure process is a relentless battle that plagues us all. Customers at best are irritated by it, and worst are terrified by it. This critical first step proves a huge barrier to many, keeping them trapped in financial stress.
Customer service advisors are reduced to robotic bill processors, drained of enthusiasm and creativity, and spend hours with their customers simply trying to understand their circumstances, rather than being able to help.
Companies face an uphill struggle to demonstrate their commitment to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. But heres the game-changer: our ground breaking solution puts an end to this nightmare. Our clients can gather an endless stream of income and expenditure data 24/7, resulting in not just satisfied, but genuinely relieved customers."

Rickmansworth School is an outstanding, partially-selective, heavily oversubscribed academy located in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire. Known for its excellent pastoral care, the School ensures students achieve exceptional outcomes and access their desired destinations. Ofsted’s 2023 report praised the School’s high-quality education, exceptional leadership expectations, and exemplary pupil behaviour, noting that students are highly enthusiastic and feel safe and supported.
The welcoming and committed staff uphold traditional values while embracing innovation, maintaining strong student relationships and high standards of behaviour. Rickmansworth School specialises in Science and the Arts and serves as the hub school for the local School Sports Partnership. It fosters respect, courtesy, and tolerance, and encourages students to become well-rounded individuals through a robust extra-curricular programme, including international trips.
The School promotes six core values known as the “Ricky Rs”: Responsible, Respect, Relationships, Resourceful, Resilient, and Reflective. Ofsted highlighted these as fundamental to the School’s positive culture.
Following a major expansion in 2018, the School now admits 240 students per year. It has invested heavily in facilities, securing £5 million in grants to fund a comprehensive refurbishment programme. New developments include a Sixth Form Centre, English suite, film studies suite with cinema, theatre/drama studio, and a refurbished swimming pool, alongside significant upgrades to the dining hall, sports hall, science labs, music block, science & MFL departments.
Rickmansworth School also leads in technology-driven learning, having invested £500,000 into a new Innovation & Design Centre focused on robotics and future technologies. With a strategic plan for continuous development, the School is committed to providing outstanding opportunities for all students.
