The more mature is the project, the more chance there is to be selected, however we also accept teams with only an idea. During the selection process we look at 3 elements: the team, the execution and the market. Note that the idea is not in the list: we believe the team and the quality of its execution are the prerequisite to success and, in particular, its capacity to iterate. Fast.
