Demand and supply never perfectly match, and that is why there is always too much food produced. Some of the excess food ends up in the trash rather than in a regular grocery store. We, Foodello-Fiksuruoka, were born to fix this. First as one persons garage project, now as a company of over 60 people working Finland, in Belgium and in the Netherlands. Since our founding year in 2016, our mission has been simple: we rescue food from going to waste. Together with our customers and suppliers, we have already saved over 15 million kilograms of good food from going to waste. The amount grows every single day because when surplus items first find their way to us, they next find their way to our customers at a very cheap price.
