Boyd Street Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm targeting above-the-crowd returns for its LPs by discovering, investing in and guiding innovative but under-the-radar companies. We place Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A and follow-on investments in innovative businesses led by growth-minded founders and talented, diverse management teams. We target startups that are likely to escape the notice of large East and West Coast VCs and unlikely to have their stock overbid and overprice. This, coupled with the BSV Venture Studios de-risking strategic and operational guidance that helps our portfolio companies avoid costly mistakes, get to market sooner and scale faster, enables us to pursue our mission of generating economic growth for Oklahoma and strong returns for our investors.

In support of our mission, we also conduct economic research and risk analysis, engage with our stakeholders and other domestic and international regulators, and manage a talented workforce and the technology and resources we need to perform our duties. The SEC has oversight authority over the PCAOB, including the approval of the Boards rules, standards, and budget.
