Matrix, the Northern Ireland Science Industry Panel, is a business led expert panel, formed to advise government, industry and academia on the commercial exploitation of Research & Development and science and technology in Northern Ireland. Matrix works to identify new high technology market opportunities, IP and technologies for Northern Ireland companies to exploit.
