Our award-winning team won the grand prize for the Niantic Beyond Reality Contest in 2019 and has gotten extensive press coverage in 2023 by PCMag, Shack News, ScreenRant, and more. We’re developing a first-of-its-kind social fitness game and we are thrilled to be working together, not only on an exciting gaming experience but one that could help promote a healthier way of life. Anise Health is a culturally-responsive digital mental health and wellbeing platform dedicated to meeting the unique needs of communities of color, starting with a focus on the Asian American population. We are founded by two minority female alumni of Harvard Business School and our clinical program is directed by Dr. Janie Hong, psychologist and Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. She is a founding partner at the Redwood Center for CBT and Research, where she maintains a small private practice. She also is the current chair of the Asian American in Behavior Therapy and Research Special Interest Group in the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.

Jona is on a mission to reveal the relationship between our gut microbiome and health. Microbiome science has been exploding over the last decade with thousands of scientific studies showing the link to human health including GI conditions, autoimmune conditions, oncology, metabolic disease, athletic performance, longevity, depression, anxiety, Parkinson’s Disease and more. The company is investing in research to support the development and validation of its pipeline of prescription-based digital therapies.
