L’ATTITUDE Ventures is a $100 million venture fund dedicated to investing in early-stage (pre-seed to Series A) U.S. Latina/o entrepreneurs. To date, we have invested in 38 companies spread across 12 major U.S. cities, with over 40% of our portfolio companies being led by Latinas. U.S. Latinos represent the most entrepreneurial and significant growth cohort in the country, accounting for one in every four new entrepreneurs and 27% of net GDP growth. L’ATTITUDE Ventures helps to identify and foster these entrepreneurs by providing early investment, substantial capital, and access to an unparalleled network of global expertise and relationships. This includes the insights and experience of two former Fortune 200 CEOs: Oscar Munoz, former CEO of United Airlines, and Sol Trujillo, former CEO of Telstra, as well as Gary Acosta, CEO of NAHREP; Laura Moreno Lucas, former Managing Director at Nasdaq; and Pete Amaro, formerly of The Raine Group. By leading investment rounds, securing board representation, and highlighting Latina/o entrepreneurial innovation, L’ATTITUDE Ventures is transforming the landscape for Latino entrepreneurs.
