Helping leaders, teams, and organizations to be more focused, effective, and successful is what we do. Services offered through my company Kincaid Associates Coaching & Consulting include leadership/executive coaching, consulting in OD, change management, leadership development, and strategic communications. Adult learning, development, collaboration, and transformation are central to my work. We also create and lead professional development workshops on behalf of major employers and organizations. We are always looking for opportunities to collaborate with other change work professionals. My practice draws from more than 25 years of corporate experience, a doctorate in human and organization development, an MBA in aviation management. I also teach, and am faculty at three universities, leading undergrad and graduate business courses, and sociology courses. Coaching specialties include working with executives and leaders at all levels of organizations. We help clients who are in the airline/aviation sector, individuals who are in mid-life/mid-career transition, entrepreneurs, and grad school faculty and students. I hold certification from International Coach Federation (ICF) and am trained an certified in several well known assessments. Change is inevitable. Drama is optional. How may we be of service?
