That people demand more from their skis, their clothes and their brands - not only quality, but heart and soul. Vision and commitment to do better by this magical world we live in. We also know that were all here for a short while so we want to get the most out of life, friends and even the work we do. The result has excited us. 50,000 skis are now roaming the wilds of 35 countries, our skis, jackets and films have won awards, and our friends and personalities captivate with great stories that we hope inspire you all to get out and try it yourselves, with tens of millions of views online. Our sales have grown an average of over 50% over the past five years and we are gunning for more with a commitment to quality products. We bring that unrealistic commitment to growing together to our team as well. Its a dream job, but its also intense, with long hours on the road, in the workshop, online and on-snow.
